Berries and chia seeds smoothie

This berries smoothie is not just great looking but it is so good for you. We have heard many times how great berries are for us. They are full of antioxidants. Smoothies are a great way to enjoy them because you can freeze them and have them for some time. Plus why not to add some antioxidants to our smoothies anyways.I added some chia seeds to this recipe to pack more nutrients. I love smoothies because we can pack them with so many amazing nutrients at once. Also, I can have them any time of the day when I start feeling hungry or as a meal replacement for an easy yet nutricious meal.Ingredients:1 cup of berries1/2 a banana or whole if you like it1 and a half cup almond milk2 teaspoon chia seedsPreparation:Soak the chia seeds in some almond milk for minimum ten minutes. If cannot soak them ahead of time, do this first while preparing the rest of the ingredientes.Add the berries, banana, almond milk and soaked chia seeds to a blender. Add ice if you like it cold. Blend until all is well combined.Enjoy and get blending!Inalvys
