A delicious garlicky meat recipe
This is my mom's recipe and it is exactly how she makes it. It is one of my favorite meat recipes. And what is not to like about it, the browned edges full of flavor are to die for.The best part of this beef recipe is that you can use inexpensive cuts of meat or tougher ones. We start by cooking the meat until tender and finish it in its own sauce. This is well done recipe for a tender beef dish.Ingredients:Beef for 4-6 people6-8 garlic cloves1 teaspoon garlic powder1 teaspoon of olive oilSalt and pepper to tastePreparation:Portion your meat if it is too thick. Otherwise, leave it like it is and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. I cut mine in 3 pieces.Add the oil to a pan and brown the meat on medium heat until browned evenly.Cover the meat with water, add half of the garlic cloves whole, and cook until tender. We cooked ours in the pressure cooker.Once tender, uncover and let the liquid evaporate almost completely.At that point add the rest of the garlic cloves finely chopped, mix it with the meat, and fry the meat until brown.
